Exchanges with receipt and original packaging are available in the following circumstances:

1) You purchased an incorrect size or piece for your glass or vaporizer. Calyx + Trichomes will do a direct exchange for the same item in the correct size.

2) A product is unused and defective out of the box. If there is no resolution or fix available, Calyx + Trichomes will exchange for the same item that is non-defective.

3) A product is used and not working but has a manufacturer warranty. If there is no resolution or fix available, Calyx + Trichomes will refer customers to the appropriate manufacturer so they can complete the process for replacement.

4) A product is used and not working but has an in-store warranty. If there is no resolution or fix available, Calyx + Trichomes will exchange for the same item that is non-defective. Before anything happens, our team will first troubleshoot the issue (what can we say? Sometimes we have the magic touch!) They will then determine the next course of action.

5) You purchased a cannabis product that is missing an excise stamp.

6) You purchased a cannabis product that has visible mould.

7) You purchased a cannabis product that has damaged packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt (either original or email copy). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

All other products are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

Calyx + Trichomes honours any 420 Kingston in-store warranties.

Coupons are able to be used one at a time and one per customer.

Customers must be 19+ to enter the store (the legal age in Ontario).
