Non-Disclosure Agreement

At all times while this Agreement is in effect, and after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, I shall refrain from disclosing to anyone outside of Calyx + Trichomes’ business any of Calyx + Trichomes’ customer lists, trade secrets, information within our private chat channels and other proprietary or confidential information.

I understand in the event I should breach the terms of the Non-Disclosure agreement between myself and Calyx + Trichomes that I will pay Calyx + Trichomes Cannabis $50,000 CAD in liquidated damages.
